Hotel rules

Check in and Check out:

1.1. Guests are required to check in at the hotel reception and present a valid identification document.

1.2. Check-in is from 15.00. Early check-in is also possible, subject to availability.

1.3. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation from 18.00 on the day of arrival if the guest has not informed the hotel of his/her late arrival. The booking fee will then not be refunded to the customer.

1.4. Check-out is later than 11.00.

1.5. Late check-out is subject to availability and available for an additional fee of €30.

1.6. In accordance with the Tourism Act, all guests of SPA Hotel Peetrimõisa Villa are required to complete a registration card upon arrival. It is obligatory to fill in the card with first name, surname, date of birth, nationality, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail, signature. All people staying in the room must be registered.

Parking:

2.1. SPA Hotel Peetrimõisa Villa guests can park their vehicle in the private parking lot in front of the hotel or behind the hotel, if there are free spaces.

Quiet hours:

3.1. The hotel has a curfew from 22:00 until 07:00. We ask you to keep quiet during this time so as not to disturb other visitors.

3.2. In the event of a breach of the night curfew, the hotel has the right to terminate the service to the customer.

3.3. In case of problems, please inform the hotel staff.

Number of guests per room:

4.1. After curfew, each room can accommodate as many people as booked in advance.

Pets:

5.1. Pets are only allowed in designated rooms. Please inform us in advance if you have a pet and consider a minimum of atleast 50€ extra.

5.2. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the dining room, lobby, swimming pool, solarium, saunas and other spa facilities.

5.3. Pet owners are responsible for the behaviour of their pets.

5.4. If the pet proves to be dangerous for the hotel guests or staff (bites, claws), the hotel staff has the right to terminate the service to the client.

Smoking:

6.1. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the hotel, hotel rooms and balconies, and common areas.

6.2. For smoking, please use designated smoking areas.

6.3. In the event of a breach of the smoking policy, the hotel staff reserves the right to terminate the service to the customer.

Safety:

7.1. Please refer to the evacuation plan available in the hotel rooms.

7.2. In an emergency, use evacuation routes and, if possible, use the nearest exit from the building.

7.3. In the event of a fire, evacuate the building and contact the emergency services immediately on 112. Pirni 4 Viljandi.

Good behaviour:

8.1. Please be courteous and respectful to other guests and hotel staff.

Lost or forgotten items:

9.1. The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items on the hotel premises.

9.2. Inquiries about lost items can be made to the hotel receptionist on +372 5123 555 or by coming to the hotel.

Visitor health and safety:

10.1. In the case of a medical emergency, inform hotel staff immediately and in the case of a serious or life-threatening emergency – call 112.

Catering:

11.1. Breakfast is served in the dining area from 07.00 to 10.00.

11.2. Hot meals are served on the house menu from 15.00 – 21.00.

Damage to hotel property:

12.1. The hotel has the right to claim damages from the guest in case of damage to the hotel property.

Video surveillance:

13.1. The hotel is equipped with security cameras (except for guests’ private rooms and areas) to ensure the safety of guests, staff and material assets. The video footage will not be shared with third parties (except, where appropriate, with the PPA).
